A few layouts.
In honor of the freshly fallen snow outside I just did three layouts while watching one of my fave shows "10 Items or Less."
They aren't photographed very well but you get the gist. (is that how to spell gist?)
And, I'm trying to "get off" coke. So I made this little counter thing from some of my favorite Sassafras paper and I get to add a number for every day I don't drink pop! It worked today because I wanted to get some Cherry Coke when I remembered this so I didn't. Anything to kick a bad habit! :)
1) The pop-counter is a super idea. Very cute. It wouldn't work for me, though, because every time I saw it, I would think of diet coke and then I would want it. But. I really like the idea of celebrating progress instead of avoiding the addiction (like me). :)
2) It just dawned on me from looking at your uber-perfect layouts that I don't HAVE to "mat" each photo in a coordinating paper before I adhere it to the page. This might possibly save me hours. HOURS, I tell you. So is the trick, then, to use embellishments to "balance" the page between background and photos?
